We have developed our own CIM customer management system, which is capable of recording all completed projects, establishing terms bank, and accurately conducting statistics based on the intelligent matching rate.

Review System & Performance Assessment
All completed translations will be reviewed under a quality system which combines professional review, linguistic review and native proofreaders' review; all translators involved in the translation will go through a unique performance assessment system based on the review system and customers' feedback.
DTP Support
Sufficient DTP supports, such as Word, Pagemaker, Indesign, Framemaker, Quark Xpress, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Freehand, ensure that we are capable of carrying out multiple-format DTP assignments to accommodate customers' ultimate needs.
Training & Feedback
Organize translators in a regular basis to receive professional training, improve translation competency, and strengthen quality; actively follow up customers' feedback, listen to customers' suggestions, enhance translation flows, improve translation quality, and building competent translation teams.
